The Terms & Conditions set out on this page form a legally binding agreement between any player (referred to as "you" or "the player") who uses the mmk44 platform (website, mobile web) and the mmk44 platform. By continuing to use this platform, registering an account, or depositing funds, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1 Eligibility Requirements

Age Restriction

The mmk44 platform is only open to players aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to open an account or participate in any games. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 21, that account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be paid out.

One Account Per Person

Each player may open only one personal account. Opening multiple accounts from a single person is a violation of this agreement, and all such accounts may be suspended.

Accurate Information

All information provided when registering an account must be accurate and complete. If we find that false information has been provided, the platform reserves the right to restrict withdrawals.

2 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

Accepted deposit methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum amount per deposit is 20,000 Ks.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time of your request. In cases where verification is required, it may take longer.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for your deposit. Transfers to third parties will not be made.

Payment Responsibility

When depositing to your account, make sure the phone number and payment app you use match the ones registered. The platform is not responsible for any losses caused by depositing the wrong amount.

3 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

For your first deposit at mmk44, you can receive a 100% welcome bonus matching the amount you deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 20,000 × 10 = 200,000 Ks. You must wager this amount before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.

Example 2 — Deposit 620,000 Ks and get a 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving you a balance of 920,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 300,000 × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks. You must wager this amount before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.

Wagering Requirement

After receiving a bonus, you must wager that bonus amount 10 times before you can withdraw any winnings from it. Until the wagering requirement is met, only your deposited amount is available for withdrawal — winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn yet.

Bonus Abuse

If the platform finds that a bonus has been used in an unauthorized way, it reserves the right to void that bonus and any related winnings. Bonus offers may be subject to time limits and individual restrictions, and the platform may modify them at any time.

4 VIP Levels and Cashback

The mmk44 VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — and your level increases based on your wagering volume and playing activity. Cashback rewards are as follows —

Bronze — Up to 0.3% cashback per week
Silver — Up to 0.5% cashback per week
Gold — Up to 0.8% cashback per week

The exact calculation method for cashback will be set by the platform and may change without prior notice to players. Cashback amounts are for playing only and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5 Responsible Gaming

Every player is responsible for managing their own play. Gaming on the mmk44 platform is for entertainment purposes only — only play with amounts you can afford to lose. Players are considered to understand that financial losses are possible and that the platform is not responsible for any losses arising from gameplay.

6 Prohibited Actions and Restrictions

The following actions are prohibited on the platform —

Allowing other people to use your account
Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
Reverse engineering the platform's software
Depositing with funds that are not your own
Any activities related to money laundering
Any action that could compromise the platform's cybersecurity

If any of these violations are found, the platform reserves the right to close the account without notice, and any remaining balance will not be paid out.

7 Account Verification (KYC)

When requesting a withdrawal, or whenever the platform deems it necessary, players must submit identity verification documents. If the required documents cannot be provided, withdrawals may be restricted. Once verification is complete, withdrawals will be processed.

8 Personal Data and Security
